Eagle Scout brings new life to an aging science park...
The Science Park at the Vinson-Owen Elementary School can boast a wealth of new and restored resources of great educational value, and it's all thanked to one high school senior on a mission. Alex P., a student at Winchester High School, and Boy Scout from Troop 507 helped to restore the Science Park at the V-O School to secure his Eagle Scout status.
